Visual Sequential Narrative

I took a more artistic approach in this project. I wanted to convey the feeling of separation going on right now for a lot of people around the world. When we finally do get to see each other we feel happy, which is why I incorporated yellow at the bottom as the fingers touched. I took pictures of me and my boyfriends hands and used those to draw the line art. I enjoyed doing this and really like the message that I wanted to get across.

Final Project

For this project I did something very personal. The close up picture shows clearly what is in the original. It's about my anxiety and how it's made me feel lately. I made this so that I could picture it in a museum. I would have it on a very large canvas and have people take a microscope and go up to the picture to see it. This shows that, while anxiety might not always be something you can see in other people, it's always there. I recently decided to do another piece that shows even though we go through hard times, we are still growing and those times can help us blossom into a better person.

The Cyclical Nature of Things

This is what I have designed so far. I actually have a completely different idea in mind that I am currently working on. For this, I cut out the parts of the pictures I liked that I had photographed and then arranged them and blended them until I liked the result. I do love the aesthetic of this image, but want to try something with a different picture I had taken that is underneath a bridge looking out. This is the final image that I designed. As you can see, the original needed a lot of work. I had taken it inside my truck. I removed the truck and the scenery outside the tunnel. Then I used the cloning tool and took time to fix the area where the truck was until it looked as real as I could get it. I then picked and chose which parts of other pictures to put in. I think this version looks much better than the first.
